As Guest Services Coordinator, Thomas is responsible for managing arrival confirmations, coordinating extensions, arranging maintenance for in-house guest issues, and adjusting stays as needed to maintain smooth operations.
Thomas studied Psychology, Media Studies, Business, and Sport at Penistone Sixth Form, and previously worked in customer sales and credit assessment.
In his spare time, he enjoys playing cricket, wakeboarding, and hiking.
