As Guest Services Coordinator, Gonzalo helps with any enquiries or discrepancies guests may have during their stay. He also communicates with properties to keep current information up to date and ensures that guests can receive that information in a quick and courteous manner. Prior to SilverDoor, Gonzalo was a Flight Attendant for a number of years and also worked with the county government in the Special Accounting division.
In his spare time, Gonzalo enjoys video editing and making animations. He loves travelling and favourite place was a town in the mountains of Japan, called Hakone.
