As Guest Services Coordinator, Nicholas is responsible for providing support to guests and managing complex needs with both professionalism and care. He collaborates across departments, vendors, and property partners to ensure smooth transitions, rapid issue resolution, and an exceptional guest experience throughout their stay.
Nicholas is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He brings experience from working at the Bank of America, the Social Security Administration, and Tesla in various roles.
In his free time, he loves travelling and spending time with his family. Nicholas is also an avid football fan, with his household split between Raiders and 49ers supporters!
