As Guest Services Coordinator, Jonathan is responsible for providing support to guests, managing complex needs with professionalism, care and close attention to detail throughout each stay. He collaborates closely with internal teams, vendors and property partners to ensure smooth transitions, fast issue resolution and consistently exceptional service.
Jonathan has previous experience working as a licensed Real Estate Agent. Alongside this, He worked as an Executive Assistant for a small business.
Outside of his role, Jonathan enjoys creative hobbies such as woodworking, computer building and design. He also enjoys gaming, reading and problem solving.
