Guest Services Coordinator
As a Guest Services Coordinator, Aja is responsible for supporting guests by managing requests, resolving issues and coordinating services such as housekeeping and maintenance to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
Aja is currently pursuing a business degree at the University of Redlands. She previously worked at EOS Fitness, gaining customer service experience.
Outside of work, Aja enjoys listening to music and audiobooks, watching TV series, solving puzzles and exploring new restaurants and cinemas. She also likes to stay active through workouts and hikes.
