As a Guest Services Specialist, Lisa is responsible for supporting guests by managing requests, resolving issues and coordinating services such as housekeeping and maintenance to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
Before joining SilverDoor, Lisa studied BA Hons International Tourism at the University of West London. She has previously worked for Jet2 and has over six years' experience working in customer service roles.
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys baking, travelling, swimming and socialising with friends and family.
