Can I book long stays through the tool?

Yes, the OBT facilitates requests for stays of 28 nights or more.

What payment methods are available (e.g., card, billback)?

Available payment methods depend on the payment terms agreed with SilverDoor. If credit has been approved, you'll be able to book using billback; otherwise, payment by card will be required.

Can we use Single Sign-On (SSO) to access the platform?

Yes, we offer Single Sign-On (SSO) integration, allowing you to log in using your existing company credentials. We'll just need a few technical details from your IT team to set this up.

If we have very strict budgets, can we load those into the tool?

Yes, you can set a global budget or assign specific budgets by country or city for different user groups. If a guest selects a property outside the budget, they can submit a budget request for approval before proceeding with the booking.
