Guest Services Coordinator (Maternity Leave)
As a Guest Services Specialist, Sophie liaises with clients and property partners to help deal with requests and issues throughout clients' stays. She will be responsible for updating information on SilverDoor's systems to ensure a high-quality service is provided.
Sophie has a Sports Therapy degree as well as a PGCE in Primary Education. She more recently worked in a preschool within a nursery setting.
Sophie loves getting a coffee and going out for walks in the fresh air. She also enjoys spa treatments, pamper nights, and relaxing evenings.
