As Guest Service Representative, Samantha is responsible for providing reservations support, acting as the primary contact for guests and ensuring complete satisfaction with their accommodation.
Samantha holds a bachelor of business in hospitality management and has previously worked in international reservations and guest relations.
In her spare time, Samantha enjoys reading Chinese fiction, with her favourite snack potato chips, and blasting music whilst doing housework.
