As Senior Guest Services Coordinator, Danielle manages client's requests and ensures exceptional service throughout each guest’s stay. Danielle also supports management through service reporting, trend analysis, and evaluation of high-priority cases.
Danielle previously studied at La Sierra University and has experience working as a warehouse assistant manager.
In her spare time, Danielle loves crafting and DIY projects. She hosts family craft nights and enjoys the challenge of recreating inspiration pictures.
