As Guest Services Manager, Melanie leads the Guest Services and Field Services teams across Northern California and Seattle, focusing on coaching, process optimisation, and exceptional guest experiences.
With over 20 years in customer service and hospitality, Melanie has led teams in high-volume environments. She also holds an Associate of Arts in Visual Communications, and a Certification in Graphic Design.
In her spare time, Melanie enjoys performing in community theatre, exploring estate sales and thrift stores for vintage treasures, gardening, and writing.
