As Guest Services Coordinator, Steven provides professional and attentive support to guests, handling a wide range of enquiries and coordinating services to ensure a seamless stay. He works closely with properties, vendors, and internal teams to process service requests, resolve apartment issues efficiently, and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
Steven holds a Bachelor’s degree in Cognitive Science from UC San Diego and has years of experience across call centres, construction, HVAC, utilities and retail.
Outside of work, Steven enjoys videogames, hiking, playing the piano and tackling hands on home improvement projects.
