As a Guest Services Specialist, Jamie acts as a key contact for clients during their stays, assisting with queries and resolving any issues that arise. Jamie works closely with property partners to ensure smooth communication and updates internal systems to maintain service quality.
Jamie has 15 years of customer service experience, from contacting customers and clients on the phone, to working the doors of a nightclub.
With a passion for all things creative and nerdy, Jamie brings energy, and curiosity to the team. Outside of work, he enjoys gaming, particularly Dungeons & Dragons, and exploring tattoo art. On a recent trip to Disney World, Jamie had an unexpected roommate, an albino gecko that hung around in his room!
