As a Guest Service Representative, Sharon is responsible for acting as the primary contact for guests, preparing contracts, managing arrivals and departures, responding to service requests, and maintaining strong relationships with properties to prevent potential issues.
Sharon holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Business Information Technology and has previous experience working across the hospitality, corporate housing, and relocation services sectors.
