As a Guest Experience Lead, Gabriella is responsible for ensuring an excellent guest stay while supporting guest services on a day-to-day basis. She handles guest enquiries via phone, email and in person, always striving to deliver a positive and seamless experience.
Gabriella holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture and urbanism and previously worked as a receptionist and breakfast supervisor.
Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, playing video games, travelling and spending time with friends.
