As Field Service Representative, Pacey meets directly with the guests during their first arrival and assists them with any service needs. He is the first in-person point of contact for our guests. Pacey graduated from Sonoma State with a degree in Business Admin Accounting and owns a coffee shop with his mum. He previously worked as a Bookkeeper, where he took care of the bank reconciliation and general bookkeeping for around 10 companies.
Outside of work, Pacey likes to go fishing, specifically bass fishing, playing basketball and riding his bike. He also likes going to music festivals!

“My favourite place is either a lake or Japan. I had a short trip there and am planning to go back.”
