As a Guest Experience Representative, Cassidy is responsible for managing front desk operations, ensuring every guest receives a pleasant and welcoming experience. She assists with check-ins, guest inquiries, and special requests, while maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.
Cassidy studied Sociology at San Francisco State University.
