As a Guest Experience Specialist, Alexandra is responsible for ensuring an excellent guest stay, running day to day guest services and handling enquiries via phone, email and in person.
Alexandra has a BA in Psychology and an MA in Clinical and Health Psychology, alongside experience in hotel reception and supervisory roles.
Outside of work, she enjoys video game, hiking, classical literature, and board games
