As a Field Service Representative, Alice is responsible for inspecting units to ensure they meet SilverDoor's high quality standards. She is also responsible for performing basic cleanliness and maintenance when required and assisting guests with any miscellaneous needs that may arise.
Alice brings a wealth of customer service experience from roles in retail, restaurants and sales. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and crafting.
