As Guest Experience Lead, Jose is responsible for overseeing front desk operations and supporting the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. He monitors guest satisfaction, identifies areas for improvement, and implements actions to enhance service quality.
Jose studied Art History and brings over eight years of experience in hospitality, combining his knowledge of service standards with a hands-on approach to managing guest interactions.
In his spare time, he enjoys playing football, photography, exploring technology, and travelling to new destinations.
