As Global Account Manager, Rosanne is responsible for managing communications, customer service, and overseeing the Reservations Team.
Rosanne brings over 30 years of hospitality experience, beginning her career as a guest service agent and progressing through 18 years of leadership across sales, catering, and marketing.
In her spare time, she loves to spend time with friends, family and her French Bulldog Lily. She especially hosting gatherings or having spontaneous visits! Rosanne also enjoys running, travelling and watching movies.
