Guest Experience Specialist
As a Guest Experience Specialist, Luis is responsible for managing customer requests and reservation adjustments while ensuring a quality stay for all guests. He also handles GUTs (Universal Ticketing System) tickets for BVS and apartment properties and oversees upcoming reservation reports and the VIP programme as part of his graveyard shift duties.
Luis previously worked full time as an At Your Service Agent.
Outside of work, he is a resident DJ at Bay View Suites, curating playlists to entertain.
