As Resident Services Lead, Arlene leads her team by ensuring they are fully supported and equipped to deliver exceptional service. She is responsible for quality checking and ensuring each guest enjoys a seamless experience at their corporate accommodation.
Arlene brings experience from roles as a nanny, waitress and housekeeper and has spent 26 years in the corporate housing industry.
In her spare time, Arlene enjoys watching films, with her favourite genre being action films.
