As Reservation Manager, Rachel is responsible for managing and closing all of our Universal Ticketing System for reservations, assisting with guest experience when needed, auditing new bookings, and ensuring online booking platforms reflect correct availability and rates.
Rachel holds a High School Diploma and previously worked in customer service for seven years.
In her spare time, she enjoys scrapbooking, puzzles, colouring, and playing with her four cats.
