As Global Associate Director of Compliance & Risk, Lauren leads the development and implementation of global compliance and audit programmes. Her collaboration with internal teams and external partners is key to promoting a culture of compliance, risk awareness, and sustainability.
Lauren graduated from Chapman University with a degree in Public Relations and Advertising and began her career in Property Management before moving into Corporate Housing.
In her free time, Lauren loves wine country getaways with amazing food and tastings (when she's not looking after her two little ones!)
