Client Services Coordinator
As Client Services Coordinator, Kate is responsible for coordinating and supporting resident needs by responding to inquiries, facilitating maintenance requests, assisting with access issues, and communicating updates between guests, on-site teams, and service departments.
Kate studied Business Management at Sam Houston State University and brings years of experience in multifamily property management and corporate housing.
In her spare time, she volunteers with youth programs at her church and supports community outreach efforts.
