As Guest Experience Specialist, Juan is responsible for delivering a welcoming and smooth experience for guests, supporting front office operations with professionalism and care.
Juan has previously studied hotel management at the University of Santiago de Compostela. He draws on his experience with leading hospitality brands in Dublin, Nashville and beyond to uphold service excellence.
Outside of his role, he enjoys travelling and stays active by playing amateur football.
