As Recruitment Manager, Reece is responsible for ensuring that all prospective employees have a positive application experience. He also liaises with senior team members to ensure they have the right support in place to thrive.
Reece has been in recruitment his whole career, spending 6 years in internal recruitment prior to working at SilverDoor. Before this, he completed his Psychology degree at the University of Gloucestershire.
Outside of work Reece enjoys staying active, playing golf, tennis, or football, going to the gym and travelling. But most of all he loves country music!

My fun fact is that I once shared a red carpet with Stormzy and Leona Lewis as a videographer!
