As Learning and Development Manager, Bernadette is responsible for creating meaningful learning experiences that enable employees to grow and succeed. She develops programs ranging from revamped onboarding to leadership development and technical workshops, tailoring initiatives to meet the team’s needs.
Bernadette brings extensive experience in management and learning and development across the finance and real estate sectors. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Sociology.
Outside of work, Bernadette enjoys gardening, is a competitive sailor in the San Francisco Bay Area, and is currently learning needlework as her latest creative expression.
