As HR Executive, Martina will be supporting and coaching managers on various HR matters. She will work closely with the HR team on any ad-hoc projects and make sure the company is compliant with current legislation.
Martina has a bachelor's degree in security systems, and management. Prior to working at SilverDoor, she worked as People Manager in a popular restaurant chain, then obtained her CIPD Level 3, and moved to HR as a HR & Recruitment Officer in a hotel.
In her free time, Martina likes photography and is currently reading up on its theory. She also reads, does yoga, and enjoys spending time with her friends.

"I once got lost while skiing (because I took wrong turn) and ended up on a black slope! It took me 2 hours to find my way back to my friend..."
