Learning and Development Technical Trainer
As Learning and Development Technical Trainer, Destiny is responsible for introducing new hires to company history, culture, and operational systems, while partnering with departments to identify training needs, develop and deliver content, and evaluate outcomes.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and brings experience as a Guest Services Trainer at Synergy, alongside several years as an afterschool instructor, highlighting her passion for teaching.
In her spare time, Destiny enjoys reading thrillers and romance novels, painting, and relaxing with some colouring.
