As Client Services Manager, Richard looks after two busy teams, making sure they hit targets, meet SLAs and deliver top-notch customer service. He focuses on building and strengthening relationships with key accounts and property partners, both new and long-standing. Richard also helps bring new team members up to speed, sharing his knowledge and making sure everyone’s set up for success.
Prior to joining SilverDoor in June 2016, Richard sold re-deployable CCTV to the public sector.
