As Client Services Consultant (Maternity Leave), Harlie is responsible for partnering with Business Development Managers and Global Account Managers to support and service new and existing corporate clients. She manages client relationships, coordinating bookings and ensuring accommodation requirements are delivered accurately and on time.
Harlie brings valuable experience across client services, revenue and reservations management, and retail operations, primarily within the hospitality, serviced accommodation, and retail sectors.
