As Head of Client Services - North America, Shawnee leads the Client Services Department for the Americas Region, ensuring clients receive quality service, while meeting monthly and annual performance goals. She is responsible for supporting the Sales Team to onboard new clients and strategically grow accounts.
Shawnee has spent 20+ years in the hospitality sector, in various roles. She progressed from Client Services Counsellor to Counsellor Manager before assuming her current leadership role.
Outside of work, Shawnee stays active with her family, coaches her daughter’s cheer team, and plays in an amateur pool league.
