As Client Support Coordinator, Sharmain is responsible for supporting clients with day to day account queries and ensuring a smooth and professional service experience across the SilverDoor portfolio.
Sharmain has a Diploma in Tourism and Resort Management, and a degree in Professional Communication. She has worked in Marketing and Business Development before joining SilverDoor as Client Account Support.
Outside of work, Sharmain loves baking and then sharing her sweet treats with everyone after, and she loves watching horror movies.
