As Senior Client Services Consultant, Max oversees and manages one of our Client Services teams, ensuring that our corporate clients receive the best service and apartment options.
Prior to joining SilverDoor, Max graduated from Lancaster University with a Masters in Media and Cultural Studies and has since worked in a variety of customer focused roles. Max most recently led a project in student engagement and communications with Lancaster University Law School; the aim of the project was to develop and improve the many ways in which the Law School communicates services integral to students' university experience.
