As Client Support Coordinator, Gabriela is responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to clients, acting as their primary point of contact for inquiries, account management and issue resolution. She plays a key role in nurturing strong client relationships while providing support to the sales and account management teams.
Gabriela studied in the Dominican Republic a degree in Hotel Management. Before joining SilverDoor, she has previously worked at music festivals, concerts and events. After that, she moved to Barcelona to work in a luxury hotel and the corporate housing industry.
In her free time, Gabriela like to take pictures and record videos with her film camera and vintage video recorder. She edits them to look back on the memories!
