As Client Engineering Manager, Matt is responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of a wide range of web applications across the SilverDoor technology stack, supporting both internal systems and client-facing platforms. He oversees a team of PHP developers, providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and ensuring that development best practices and coding standards are followed across the board.
Matt joined SilverDoor in late 2014 and his deep understanding of the SilverDoor platform has enabled continued growth and innovation of bespoke tools that deliver results for both colleagues and external partners.
Prior to this, Matt spent a decade at a digital agency gaining a strong grounding in full-stack development, project delivery, and client communication!
