As Global Workplace Operations Coordinator, Grace is primarily responsible for SilverDoor’s UK office portfolio. She works closely with the Workplace and Visitor Coordinator to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our Lancaster and London offices, helping to maintain an organised and welcoming environment for both staff and visitors.
Alongside this, Grace supports our international offices by assisting with compliance, health and safety, and office branding initiatives. Her overall goal is to ensure that every SilverDoor office is a safe, welcoming, and well-functioning space that reflects the company’s culture and values.
Grace has worked within the recruitment industry for around 4 years whether that was internal or external. Prior to this, after finishing her A levels, she was a Customer Service Manager at an electronics recycling company.
Outside of work, Grace enjoys socialising with friends and going on trips away.

"Florence, Italy. I went this year for the most dignified hen do I’ve experienced. The food is amazing, the architecture is beautiful, and the people are lovely."
