As Senior Client Services Consultant, Giada is responsible for supporting the reservations team with a particular focus on managing direct enquiries.
Giada holds a degree in Tourism and a Master's in Business Management, and she is currently enrolled in the Global MBA programme at the University of Hull.
In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, reading and dancing, especially salsa.
