Alternatively, Edinburgh has a network of bus services, which offer fast and effective travel around the city. An adult day pass, which offers unlimited travel, can be purchased for around £4.50. All ticket information can be found on the Lothian Buses website.

Edinburgh Airport is Scotland’s busiest, handling over 12 million passengers a year. It’s located just over six miles away from Edinburgh city centre and offers both domestic and international flights. A full list of all destinations and airlines can be found on the official Edinburgh Airport website.
