As Chief Customer Officer, Martin is responsible for the overall strategy of the Account Management department across all of our offices. He is focused on international maintenance and encouraging the growth of the SilverDoor brand, overseeing our EMEA, APAC and Americas teams to nurture our accounts worldwide.
Martin joined SilverDoor in April 2012 and worked in Client Account Support before advancing to Chief Customer Officer.
Prior to joining SilverDoor, Martin worked towards completing his master’s degree in Town and Country Planning from Manchester University. He also worked at the Civil Aviation Authority and Capital One.
