As Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager, Ryan manages SilverDoor's health & safety and compliance projects, ensuring they are implemented company-wide. Ryan also leads the coordination of SilverDoor’s sustainability reporting efforts.
Ryan is responsible for overseeing and developing an internal due diligence process to which all our global partners can adhere to. Ryan also ensures that SilverDoor strictly complies with the corporate compliance responsibilities demanded by our clients. In the process, Ryan builds valuable long-lasting relationships with accreditation organisations and certifying bodies.

While studying for his degree in Politics at the University of Lincoln, Ryan wrote a dissertation focused on how climate change will open up new trade routes which will change the geopolitical landscape.
