As Head of Systems, Prav serves as a senior leader ensuring core infrastructure is robust, scalable, and future-ready. He focuses on the strategic management of SilverDoor’s technical bedrock, from overseeing significant budgets and software licensing to managing key vendor relationships.
Prav has a BSc in Computer Science and has spent over 15 years in the IT industry. He previously led global IT support for one of Canada’s largest pension providers and managed operations for a major UK school meals provider.
As a father to two children Prav loves finding creative ways to introduce them to technology, whether that’s gaming or using digital tools to help them learn to read. Prav also has a passion for "over-engineering" everyday life by using his free time building bespoke hardware and software solutions to solve niche problems and optimise his home environment.

“To help my mother with her vegetable garden, I built her a fully automated hydroponics farm from scratch. I engineered a system of pipes and buckets that automatically monitors pH levels, tops up the water, and manages artificial lighting!”
