As Head of Client Partnerships, EMEA, Al is responsible for the development of new business and ensuring that the company has strong long-term partnerships with key clients.
Prior to joining SilverDoor in July 2014, Al maintained a number of different roles. He was a cricket coach in Weymouth for a brief period and also worked as a conservationist in South Africa and Mozambique.
Al has a degree in Sports Development and Coaching Sciences from Bournemouth University. Back in 2014, Al spent the winter overseas playing cricket in Melbourne.
