We typically begin the process with a video call interview that takes place via Teams. Candidates whose applications are progressed will be invited to attend a face to face interview in one of our offices. We much prefer meeting you in person and having the opportunity to get to know you, as you will get to know us. It is important for candidates to visit the office that they may be working in. Each situation can be unique so this can vary in some circumstances.
Whilst you needn’t prepare anything specific for an interview at SilverDoor, we’d recommend having your CV at hand, as well as a copy of the job posting that you’ve applied to, and please ensure that you have done your research on the role and company.

Yes, you can apply for multiple job openings at SilverDoor, however, we’d recommend carefully reading the requirements of the roles that are of interest and applying for the role that you think best matches your experience and skill set.
You can expect our recruitment process to typically take 2 weeks once we have reviewed your application. However, we are not a one-size-fits-all team, so this this timeline can vary depending on the of the role, interview schedules, and the number of applications received.
Each interview is different, but we expect first round video interviews to take between 20-40 minutes, with face to face interviews being between 30-60 minutes.
We think it is right to give you a timely outcome so you should hear back from our Senior Recruiter within 72 hours following on from your interview. It may be the case that we have several candidates to meet so cannot give you an outcome until this has concluded.
