This year, we hosted a documentary crew across our global offices to capture what really goes on in the world’s largest serviced apartment agency in the holiday season. 

In this no-holds-barred festive exposé, the crew charts the experience of an international traveller as our teams work together to secure the ideal accommodation and collaborate across time-zones and our global network of property operators to get them a ho-ho-home for the holidays.
