Olivia Taylor
Account Manager
As Account Manager, Olivia is responsible for leading a corporate team, providing training to new team members and seeing that his team members meet their targets. She also develops existing businesses and ensures all accounts receive the best possible level of customer service when booking a serviced apartment.
Olivia has extensive experience in customer service and worked at an estate agent before joining our Account Management team at SilverDoor.
In her spare time, Olivia enjoys socialising with friends and family, playing hockey for Lancaster Ladies and walking her two Labradors.
