Client Services Coordinator
As a Client Service Coordinator, Kadence is responsible for managing stay audits and arrivals, coordinating VIP and high-visibility guest confirmations, and facilitating vendor communications.
Kadence studies at Sierra College and is working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. She joined Synergy in 2021 and has progressed from Operations Support Coordinator to Client Service Coordinator.
In her spare time, Kadence enjoys baking, photography, and pottery.

"I love the beach. I have been traveling to Dillons Beach near Tomales Bay since I was 5 days old with my family. I am 6th generation child in my family to spend time at this beach."
